Group PT — the workout you actually stick with

1:1 PT is expensive; working out alone rarely survives three days. Group PT is the answer in between — a coach fixes your form, and the person next to you keeps you going.

What is Group PT?

A class where one trainer works with a small group of members. Like 1:1 PT, the coach checks your form on every movement — at about half the cost. And Group PT has one thing 1:1 never will: people who train with you. What keeps you exercising isn't willpower, it's relationships — we see it in every class.

TeamGrit classes are different every day. We never copy-paste yesterday's workout. Each 50-minute session progresses in stages matched to your condition, so you can start slowly even with zero experience.

Honestly? This isn't an easy gym

In Gimhae, TeamGrit is known as "the tough gym." We won't deny it — half-hearted workouts don't change bodies. But we promise one thing: there are stages. We never give a first-timer the workout of a one-year member. You start from today's fitness and climb one step at a time. Yes, it's tough. That's exactly why we built it so anyone can start.

Trying it once beats reading about it a hundred times
