Why this price?
We know it's not cheap — Gimhae has plenty of ₩20-50K gyms. The difference is simple: they sell space, we sell results. In an equipment-only gym, a membership becomes a closet membership in three days. At TeamGrit, the coach notices who didn't show up today, and your training partners check in on you. That's why members finish 6 months and sign up for another year.
FAQ
I've never worked out. Can I keep up?
Yes. Classes progress in stages matched to your condition. A first-timer never gets a one-year member's intensity. You start slowly from Core Basic.
How is it different from 1:1 PT?
The coach still checks your form. Two things differ — the cost is half, and you have people training with you. Research points to "relationships" as why group exercise retention is higher. Environment, not willpower, keeps you exercising.
When are classes?
Weekdays 09:00-22:00 in time slots, and Saturday is RUNDAY (running crew). Branch timetables are provided at consultation.
